Delete your HimLocal Partner account
For the HimLocal Partner app (Android) and admin.himlocal.com — developer: HimLocal
How to ask
- Email privacy@himlocal.com with the subject “Delete my HimLocal Partner account”.
- Send it from the email address on the account, or include the phone number you sign in with, so we can confirm it is you.
- Say whether you also want your business listing, menu or products, and photos removed from HimLocal.
A business owner can deactivate a staff login from Staff in the app; it is signed out everywhere at once. To have a staff member’s personal data deleted, the owner or the staff member emails us as above.
What happens, and when
- Straight away: the account is disabled and every signed-in device is logged out.
- After 30 days: your name, email, phone number, profile picture, saved addresses and expense records are permanently deleted or anonymised. Until then you can cancel by writing to us, in case the request was a mistake.
- Kept, as the law requires: order, invoice and payment records, which Indian tax law (GST) obliges us to keep for 7 years. They are no longer linked to a usable account.
Printer settings saved by the app live only on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them.
