FAQ — partner edition

Where do I see my bookings?
In the partner dashboard under Bookings (hospitality) or Orders (retail / food). You can filter by date, status, and channel.
A guest paid but I don't see the booking — what now?
Wait 60 seconds (webhook may be delayed) then reload. If still missing, raise a ticket with the payment reference; our team can replay the webhook.
How do I update prices for a date range?
Use the Calendar editor — click and drag to select a date range, set the rate, and save. Channel manager pushes happen automatically within 5 minutes.
What about disputes & chargebacks?
Razorpay/Cashfree forward dispute notifications to HimLocal, and our team co-ordinates evidence with you within the gateway window (usually 7 days).
