- One simple annual price per product: Restaurant Management System ₹5,000/year, Property Management System ₹10,000/year, the PMS + RMS bundle ₹12,000/year, and a done-for-you Retail website ₹10,000/year (up to 200 products). These are launch prices — 50% off the standard price — and they stay locked for 5 years for anyone who joins during launch.
- Are staff accounts and inventory extra?
- No. Multiple staff accounts with roles are included in every plan, and inventory/stock management is included (arriving soon) at no extra charge. We bundle what many providers sell as paid add-ons, so your price does not creep up as your team or catalogue grows.
- How do payments and payouts work?
- 1.8% UPI + GST on transactions, Razorpay — settled straight to your own bank account. HimLocal never holds your money. You keep your own payment account — HimLocal never holds your funds.
- Is there any commission?
- Your own website's sales are commission-free. A 5–10% commission applies only to orders that come through the himlocal.com discovery network — the marketplace that sends you new customers.
- Do I need my own domain?
- Bring your own domain free, or we register & connect one for you. A connected custom domain is ₹1,000/year if you'd like us to handle it; otherwise your store runs on a free yourbrand.himlocal.com address.
- Can I run it without internet?
- Yes — the Offline edition is a one-time ₹30,000 option that one-time — runs pms & rms on laptop, tablet & mobile with no internet.
