Free gets you listed on himlocal.com with light booking tools (10–15% commission on himlocal.com bookings). Basic is ₹10,000 a year with your own booking website, and Pro is ₹20,000 a year for up to three centres. Paid plans pay 0% on your own website and 5–10% on himlocal.com bookings. Prices plus GST; payments 1.8% UPI + GST to your own bank.

Can I price a tour per vehicle instead of per person?

Yes. Set a tour to price on request and its booking button turns into an enquiry form. The enquiry lands in your dashboard with the tour it came from, you reply with a price on WhatsApp or a call, and turn it into a booking in one step.
Does HimLocal book flights and hotels?
No. HimLocal is software for selling your own tours, treks and activities, not a flight or hotel booking engine. Travellers book your vehicle tours, departures and packages, and you arrange the stays and transport inside the package as you do today, keeping your own margins.
How much does tour operator software cost?
A listing on himlocal.com is free. Your own booking website, vehicle tours, departures and the desk tools are ₹10,000 a year on Basic, or ₹20,000 a year on Pro for up to three offices or centres, plus GST. Bookings on your own site carry no commission.
