What it costs
Free gets you listed on himlocal.com with light booking tools (10–15% commission on himlocal.com bookings). Basic is ₹10,000 a year with your own booking website, and Pro is ₹20,000 a year for up to three centres. Paid plans pay 0% on your own website and 5–10% on himlocal.com bookings. Prices plus GST; payments 1.8% UPI + GST to your own bank.

Common questions
Which software can I use for rafting bookings?
HimLocal lets rafting companies sell runs in time slots, each with its own seats and price. Online bookings and counter walk-ins share the same seats, guests can sign a consent form, and payments settle to your own bank account. You also get a booking website and a himlocal.com listing.
Can I sell paragliding flights of different lengths?
Yes. Add each flight length as an option with its own price, such as a 10, 15 or 20 minute flight. The guest picks one while booking, the price updates straight away, and the slot capacity stops new bookings when all the pilots for that time are taken.
Can my counter staff add walk-in guests?
Yes. Staff log walk-ins at the desk on the same slots as online bookings, with the amount paid in cash or UPI. The day sheet then shows every guest for the day, by centre and slot, whether they booked online, called ahead or walked in.
Can I stop bookings when the weather is bad?
Yes. Add a stop date when the river is high or the wind is wrong, and online booking stops for that day straight away. You can also remove a single slot. Bookings already taken stay on your day sheet, so you can call those guests and move them to another day.
How much does activity booking software cost?
Listing your activities on himlocal.com is free. Your own booking website with online payments, slot management and consent forms is ₹10,000 a year on Basic, or ₹20,000 a year on Pro for up to three centres, plus GST. Your own-website bookings carry no commission.
