Free gets you listed on himlocal.com with light booking tools (10–15% commission on himlocal.com bookings). Basic is ₹10,000 a year with your own booking website, and Pro is ₹20,000 a year for up to three centres. Paid plans pay 0% on your own website and 5–10% on himlocal.com bookings. Prices plus GST; payments 1.8% UPI + GST to your own bank.

How much does a website for a tour operator cost in India?
With HimLocal, a trek or tour company gets a booking website, trip pages, online payments and the operator dashboard for ₹10,000 a year on Basic, plus GST. Pro is ₹20,000 a year for up to three centres. There is no commission on bookings made on your own website.
Can travellers book and pay on my website?
Yes. Trip pages show live seats, time slots or vehicles, and travellers book and pay online through Razorpay. The money settles to your own bank account, and the booking appears in your dashboard with the guest details, the amount paid and the departure or slot.
Do I have to build each trip page myself?
No. When you add a trek, tour or activity in the dashboard, its page, menu link, price and booking button appear on your website by themselves. When you pause a trip, its page and link are removed, so the site never sells a trip you are not running.
Will my website show up on Google?
Each trip page is built for search: its own address and title, TouristTrip structured data with prices, and a sitemap that lists live trips only. No website is guaranteed a ranking, but your trips are also listed on himlocal.com, which brings travellers from its own search traffic.
Can I see websites you have built for tour operators?
Yes. Mountain Expeditions, Aesthetic Himalayas and Manali Trails run their websites and bookings on HimLocal. Their treks, bike tours, paragliding and rafting are built from their own dashboards, and you can open each live site from this page before you decide.
